What’s your work experience?
I have a degree in education and taught in the public schools for 8 years. I hold a CNA certification from the American Red Cross and I'm also the mother to a medically complex child that has over 10 ongoing diagnosis.
What payment methods do you accept?
I currently accept either check, made out to myself or the business itself, or cash.
Why did you decide to start this business?
In the past 5 years I have visited 5 separate hospital systems, 30+ specialists, walked countless waiting room lengths and made endless calls to insurance companies. I know what it means to advocate confidently and how much support it takes to feel like you can tackle this world of medical uncertainty. I wanted to have a small part in encouraging other caregivers in their journey towards better organization and finding the answers they so desperately seek.
